The production line can be arranged by automation for feeding from logsaw cutting machine and automatically packaging.
The packing machine is based on 110 MM (H) as standard and the speed is 40-60/ per min. However, if the height increased to 130 mm then the speed would be lower to 30-50 / Per min.
which is depending on the film and tissue paper.

1. Packing material: CPP FILM, filem thickness 25-35 u

2. Packaging one size needs one mold.

3. One machine is equipped with two mold sizes, ther is extra charge if you need more than twl sizes.

4. Standard packing size raange
L: 105 MM ~225 MM (Tolerance is only +/- 1 mm)
W. 75 MM ~ 130 MM (Tolerance is only +/- 2 mm)
H. 60 MM ~ 120 MM (Tolerance is only +/- 5 mm)

5. The speed is 40- 60 pcs / per min. (according to the paper quality the film.
